Pete Golibersuch
New York native, Pete Golibersuch, was picked up as the graphic designer for Resisted Resonance in spring of 2005. With
an inherent love for art even as a child, Pete's love for creation grew exponentially when he found
he could transfer his passion to the computer.
Armed with only a trial version CorelDraw, Pete found that he could execute the same things on screen that
he was doing with a pencil and paper just a few years earlier. Graphics and websites started pouring out
at an incredibly fast rate. As time went on Pete refined his skills to the point where he could
market them commercially. Acquiring Photoshop as a gift from his parents around, he bought a domain name
and continued to make art in his spare time.
In the summer of 2002, Pete was asked to represent the United States by playing basketball in Australia for
the People to People Sports Ambassadors national team. Upon returning, he was notified of a nationwide
web design contest for high schoolers that participated in any of P2P events worldwide that year. He
entered the contest with high hopes; a few months later it was announced Pete had won.
With a nationwide contest win behind him, Pete began to develop business contacts in his senior year of
highschool. After spending a semester at Edinboro University in PA for Computer Science, Pete switched over to study
Graphic Design. He continues to run his own freelance design business (Golibersuch.com)
while keeping up with coursework. Pete plans on moving out west to finish up his schooling in Phoenix Arizona.
